If data is missing from a group report
When updating report layouts in EPOS Manager, it's essential to work from a backup to avoid losing valuable data.
The steps below guide you through safely copying and editing an existing layout:
In EPOS Manager, create a backup of the required layout before making any changes.
Go to Designers.
Select Group Business Report Designer.
Click New.
Select Copy existing layout.
Choose the layout you want to copy.
Click Save—this will open the report for editing.
To view the data in a cell, hover over it to see the formula.
To modify the formula, single-click the cell and add or remove the required data.
Click Save to apply your changes.
