To add a delivery in StockLink, follow these steps:
📌 Note: When you click Add from the ordering overview screen, you will be prompted to enter a delivery number, while the supplier and PO will populate automatically.
Click Stock Movements and select Deliveries.
Choose a Supplier and enter a Del Note. This can be a number of your choosing or the delivery/invoice number provided by your supplier.
Select a Purchase Order. This will automatically load your purchase order products into the delivery.
To add products to the delivery, open the required delivery and follow the steps below:
Click Add Product. A pop-up will appear listing the available products.
Double-click a product to add it. A second pop-up will prompt you for a quantity.
Enter the required quantity and click Add. The product will be added to the delivery.
Once you've finished adding products, click Close. You can then make final adjustments to product quantities by editing the Recvd column.
Other useful fields include:
The Case Size column indicates how products are delivered (e.g., a 12-pack of cans).
The Cost column shows the cost per case size.
The Disc’able and Discount columns are for recording any discounts offered by the supplier.
The C column records the temperature of the delivered product, which is important for maintaining food safety standards.
