Unable to view or upload till the screensaver

I am unable to view or upload a screensaver to the till.

If you're unable to view or upload a till screensaver in EPOS Manager, it may be due to incompatible characters in the image filename, particularly symbols like & or _.

⚠️ Important: Before uploading, rename the file to remove these characters.

Once ready, follow the steps below to upload your screensaver:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control, then select POS Control again.

  3. Click POSLink Images and choose Screen Saver.

  4. Select Upload New Image.

  5. Click Choose File.

  6. Locate the image you want to upload and press Open.

  7. Click Upload.

  8. Click on the uploaded image and tick the locations where you want it applied.

  9. Click Save.
