If you need to update the PosLink or KvLink software to the latest version in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below to complete the upgrade process smoothly:
PosLink / KvLink
On the PosLink or Kitchen Video terminal, go to Program Mode.
Select the Update Software button.
Choose Yes when prompted to Get Version Info.
Select the latest version of the software.
If a warning appears about open tracks, it is recommended to close all tracks before upgrading.
Once the upgrade is complete, the software will restart.
EPOS Manager
To schedule and apply the upgrade from EPOS Manager:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Reports.
Select either EPOS Overview or KV Overview.
Choose the location(s) to upgrade.
Select the version you want to upgrade to.
Set the time and date for the upgrade using the Hour and Date options.
Apply the changes.
Click Save.
