If you need to calibrate the touchscreen on a TC Touch A8 till, this must be done directly at the location with someone present, as remote calibration is not possible.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Go to the Control Panel in Windows.
Change View by to Large Icons.
Select Tablet PC Settings.
Click on Calibrate.
Complete the calibration with assistance from someone at the location.
When calibration is finished, save the new settings.
Close all windows and return to PosLink for testing.
