If you need to record stock transfers between sites in EPOS Manager, this can be done using the Transfers In and Transfers Out options under the Stock Movements section.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Select Transfers Out from the Stock Movements section.
Choose the site that is sending the stock.
Click the New button on the right-hand side of the page.
Select the correct transfer date in the Date Out field.
Choose the location where the stock is being transferred.
Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to select the relevant Product, PLU, Recipe, or Delivery.
Select the required item.
Enter the quantity you are transferring.
Click Add to include the item in the transfer.
Continue adding items until all stock to be transferred is listed.
Click Save to save the transfer details.
For the receiving site:
Select Transfers In from the Stock Movements section.
Choose the site that is receiving the stock.
Select the relevant transfer number to mark it as received.
