If your new location is showing as not licensed in EPOS Manager, this means the license has not yet been issued for that site.
To resolve this, please follow the steps below..
Raise a new case online through the support portal.
Provide the location name where the issue is occurring.
Include the EPOS Manager location ID for the affected site.
