LogMeIn is a secure remote access tool used by our support team to assist with troubleshooting and support on your till system.

⚠️ Important: For security and compliance purposes, installation must be carried out by authorized personnel only.

To request installation, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Submit a new support case requesting the installation of LogMeIn.
