Access POSLink v1.0.4.134 release notes

July 2026

Written by Jon Lee

What's new?

  • Kiosk order suppression - Items added to an order from a kiosk system that don't need preparing, such as pre-made or scanned items, can now be excluded from kitchen printer and kitchen video screens while still appearing on the transaction. This keeps kitchen tickets accurate and reduces unnecessary prep.

What we've fixed

We've resolved several issues within the Access POSLink application:

  • Sales Group description in Rezlynx - Fixed an issue where postings to Rezlynx using the Sales Group method showed an incorrect description, taken from the first item in the group rather than the Sales Group itself. Rezlynx postings now show the correct Sales Group description.

  • Split room and card payment postings - Fixed an issue where transactions split between a room charge and a card payment could fail to post to Rezlynx due to rounding differences between the sales and payment values. These postings now complete successfully.

  • Kitchen video "No Mapping" override - Fixed an issue where seating areas overridden to "No Mapping" were still routed to the default kitchen video screen. These overrides are now correctly honoured, so items assigned to "No Mapping" are not sent to any kitchen video screen.

  • Mobile number entry visibility - Fixed an issue where the mobile number entry field had a dark background that made entered digits hard to read. The field now uses the standard white background used elsewhere in Access POSLink.
